I enjoyed the room with patio, the bed was good. The facilities, such as central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, were all that was needed. The employees at the hotel were excellent and helpful.

It was an incredibly beautiful and absolutely gorgeous hotel in a good area, really close to good restaurants and stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the way our king room with patio was. There were a microwave oven and a refrigerator. Stayed there before now, the staff was as always excellent and helpful. The provided service was personalized.

Nice place to stay in New Richmond, everything was great. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a microwave oven, a fridge and a writing desk. Hotel's location was marvellous and exceptional, to a local park.

The check-in experience was pleasant and the staff were helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious, clean bathroom. Nearby park for walking and a home-cooking cafe. Will consider staying again.

Location: the hotel was so close to the race track, good restaurants and shopping, and a hockey tournament. Visited Gibby's Lanes for a few drinks, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, recommend.

Loved the location, close to stores and restaurants. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the warm waffles and coffee in the mornings. The staff was friendly and accommodating in helping me switch my room due to a noisy air conditioner. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the prices were very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. Additionally, the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with little touches that made all the difference. For example, the room I stayed in had a beautiful patio that allowed me to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast provided was a great option for a type-2 diabetic like myself, offering a variety of healthy choices to start the day right.
